Dave Steel wrote 5 songs on the first albums but none are included here. The bonus disc, ''Benched ''is quintessential Weddings, Parties, Anything being great stories of football (Swans Return & Tough Time) and life with a couple of ripping covers thrown in .〔 "Anthem" was the only song released as a single from the album.
